One of the presents we got him for his birthday was a little fishtank. So Ian and I went out yesterday to get his new friend.
We brought him home and got the tank ready, then Ian helped Daddy put the fish in the tank. We then stood and looked at his new friend.
When I asked him: “What’s his name?”
Ian replies: “His name’s fish!!”
Happy 3rd Birthday to our little man. We can’t believe three years have gone by so quickly.
Ian had a great birrthday party with all his friends today. Dawn planned such a amazing day. We had his ‘Thomas the Train’ (of course) party at Irvine Park.
BBQ hot dogs and tofu, then a train ride for everyone! Ian loved the train ride.
Then once we finished our grand tour of Irvine Park, back to the party pavilion for cake. We had a special Happy Birthday Thomas on his cake, then, once everyone was done singing, Dawn made individual train cakes for all the kids to decorate. Such a blast.
Once that was done, we opened all his wonderful presents. Ian gets such nice things from all his family and friends.
Thank you to everyone who came to the party, Ian had such a great day.

Happy 32nd Birthday to Ethan!
Ian, Dawn and Kris wanted to wish Ethan the bestest birthday ever. Ethan is a big part of our family, and we wanted to show some pictures of the good times we’ve shared over the last few years. (though he’s been part of the family, basically, forever)

For a while now, Ian has been quite interested in the computer. So much so I hope to get him his first mac for xmas. (yes, I know, maybe a little young for that, but heck, the earlier he learns it, the bigger advantage he has)
Some of his favorites are playing the games on the Thomas and Wiggles sites. Dawn and him play those during the day and he’s already using a mouse. (yes, proud Daddy)
Well, he’s really interested in Spider-Man and (especially) Superman lately. I found a couple flash games that we had a blast with in the evening yesterday:

I emailed them to Dawn and was telling her so last night over the phone. She had gone birthday shopping, Ian and I played games.
Well, here’s the funny part. I was talking to Dawn this morning and she told me Ian was already asking to play the games. She told him they had to get ready to go and he grabbed her by the hand, walked her into the room, pointed at the computer, and said: “Check email!”
